This vessel adn her four sisters belongs to Belorussiya Class cruiseferry and this one in particulary is owned by a indian based company. Was launched in 1974 after beeing built in Helsinki Shipward in Finland..The five ships in the class were originally used in ferry service around the Black Sea. Yes this ship and her sisters sailed under USSR (Soviet) flag. During the 1980s all ships in the class were rebuilt into cruise ships.  In 1985 and 1993 she was rebuilt and renovated.
